This website is owned and operated by ROVA VENTURES LIMITED (company registration number 0105569181112), whose registered office is 319 Chamchuri Square Building, 24th Floor, Unit 24019, Phayathai Road, Pathum Wan, Pathum Wan District, Bangkok 10330. That company is the legal entity behind DigitalRova, which is part of Rova Services. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

• Prices on this website are starting points, in Thai baht, for the smallest real version of each package.
• The binding scope, timeline and price for your project are what your written proposal says, and nothing else. We prepare it after a free scoping call, and it states what is out of scope.
• Published prices exclude third-party subscriptions: hosting, AI model usage, devices and app-store fees. The proposal lists these at cost.
• Timeframes on this website are typical, not promises. The proposal sets the timeline.
• Projects are invoiced by milestone: a deposit to start, then payments tied to agreed milestones, by bank transfer, PromptPay or card, as set out in the proposal.
• If the scope changes during a project, we quote the change separately and agree it with you before we build it.

Sending the contact form, emailing or phoning us, or taking part in a scoping call does not create a contract, and neither of us has to go ahead. A contract for work exists only once both you and we have accepted a written proposal. If an accepted proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal prevails.

• For work we build for you, the source code, accounts, credentials and documentation are handed over to you at the end of the project. They are handed over, not licensed back to you, and there is no lock-in to us.
• Open-source libraries and third-party platforms used in your project stay under their own licences.
• The content of this website, including text, design, images and the DigitalRova name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

• Every project includes a short bug-fix window right after handover. Its length is stated in your proposal.
• Care plans are optional and monthly. As described on our pricing page, they cover hosting, monitoring, updates and a block of build time each month. What each plan includes, and its reply time, is as stated for that plan. Care-plan clients also have an incident channel outside office hours.
• The home care plan requires an existing DigitalRova build. The other plans can cover systems built by us or by anyone else.
• Without a care plan you can look after the system yourself, use another developer, or ask us for a quote each time.
• Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00–19:00 ICT (Bangkok time).

Our work often depends on services we don't run, such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, messaging platforms, payment processors, accounting tools and app stores. Those services are governed by their own terms, prices and availability, and are outside our control. Where we set one up for you, the account and your agreement with that provider are yours. We are not responsible for a third party's outages, or for changes to its terms or prices.

We do the work with reasonable care and skill, but no software is free of faults and we can't promise particular business results. So, to the extent Thai law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue or business interruption, and
• our total liability to you for any claim connected with a project or service is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project or service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence. Information on this website is general and provided as it is. It is not professional advice.

These terms, and any dispute connected with them, are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems are quicker to fix by talking.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. An update applies to your use of the website from then on, and does not change a proposal that both sides have already accepted.
