How we work
How we work
Four steps from a free call to a documented handover, with a fixed price agreed in writing before any build starts.
- 1
Discover
A free scoping call to understand the problem, not to pitch a package.
- We ask about the process as it runs today, not just the tool you want
- We look at what you already use before suggesting anything new
- No credentials requested at this stage
What you get at this step
A written summary of the problem and what's in and out of scope
- 2
Scope
A proposal with a fixed price, a timeline and a named owner.
- Fixed price and scope, agreed in writing before any build starts
- Third-party costs — hosting, model usage, app-store fees — listed separately at cost
- You sign off before work begins
What you get at this step
A written proposal you can approve or send back with changes
- 3
Build
We build against the signed-off scope, with regular check-ins.
- Progress shared by email, not a dashboard you have to check
- Working versions to test as we go, not just at the end
- Changes outside scope are quoted separately, never assumed
What you get at this step
A working system you can test before handover
- 4
Handover
Everything you need to run it without us, documented.
- Source code, accounts and credentials transferred to you
- A short written guide for the people who'll use it day to day
- An optional care plan if you want us on call afterwards
What you get at this step
Documentation, access and a recorded walkthrough
What you own at the end
- Source code, in a repository under your account
- Every account, credential and API key used to build it
- Written documentation for the people who'll run it day to day
- A recorded walkthrough of how it works
Support after launch
Every project includes a short bug-fix window after handover. After that, ongoing hosting, monitoring and build time are available as a monthly care plan — optional, scoped separately, and cancellable with notice. See pricing
