General
What does DigitalRova actually build?
Workflow automation, AI assistants, custom software, mobile apps, integrations and dashboards for businesses; smart-home automation, personal automation, a private AI and home-office setup for households.
Are you part of Rova Services?
Yes — DigitalRova is the software arm of Rova Services, the company behind CleanRova, PestsRova, CoolRova, FlowerRova, RenoRova and CareRova. We built our own admin app, sales assistant and brand sites before opening the work up to other clients.
Do you work outside Bangkok?
We're based in Bangkok and work with clients remotely across Asia-Pacific. On-site work — smart-home installs, home-office setup — is scoped for Bangkok and nearby areas.
How fast do you reply?
Within one business day, every time, on LINE, WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
Pricing & process
How is the price fixed?
After a free scoping call, you get a written proposal with a fixed price, a timeline and what's out of scope. Nothing changes without your sign-off.
What's not included in the listed prices?
Third-party subscriptions — hosting, AI model usage, devices, app-store fees — are listed at cost in your proposal, separate from our price.
How do you get paid?
Milestone invoicing: a deposit to start, then payments tied to agreed milestones. Bank transfer, PromptPay or card.
Can the scope change mid-project?
Yes, but it's quoted separately and agreed before we build it — nothing is added to the bill without your sign-off first.
Ownership & support
What do we own at the end?
Source code, accounts, credentials and documentation — handed over, not licensed back to you.
Do we need a care plan?
No — it's optional. Some clients run things themselves after handover; others prefer hosting, monitoring and a block of build time on a monthly plan.
What if we want to leave and use another developer?
You can — everything is handed over in a form another developer can pick up, and there's no lock-in to us.
Who fixes things after launch?
You, another developer, or us on a care plan. Every project includes a short bug-fix window right after handover regardless.
Technical
What do you build with?
TypeScript and Next.js for web, React Native for mobile, Python for data and pipelines, Supabase and PostgreSQL for data, plus the LINE, WhatsApp, Claude and OpenAI APIs where relevant. Full list on our work page.
Can you build on top of tools we already use?
Usually, yes — LINE, WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, Xero, QuickBooks, Google Workspace and Home Assistant are all part of our regular stack.
Is our data secure?
Connections use the systems' own authenticated APIs, hosting is set up with access limited to who needs it, and nothing is shared with a public AI tool by default.

Yes, on request, before any detailed scoping discussion.
