The software arm of Rova Services — built first to run our own brands, then opened up to build for other Bangkok businesses and households.
DigitalRova started as an internal team. Rova Services runs six home-service brands in Bangkok, and every one of them needed the same things: a way to take a booking without a phone call, a dashboard that didn't require opening five spreadsheets, and an assistant that could answer a price question at 11pm.
We built that software for ourselves first — the admin app, the sales assistant, the six brand sites — before we ever built it for anyone else. It's still running today, and we're still the ones on call for it.
That's the standard we hold client work to: a fixed scope in writing, one named owner, a documented handover, and nothing left running that we wouldn't be comfortable running for ourselves.
