How our pricing works
Every price below is a starting point for the smallest real version of that package. After a free scoping call, we send a written proposal with the final fixed price and what's out of scope. Prices exclude third-party subscriptions — hosting, model usage, devices and app-store fees — which are listed at cost in the proposal.

Before you ask
Why 'from' prices instead of a fixed list?
Because a single automation and a multi-tenant SaaS product are different jobs, even within the same package. The starting price is real and honest; your proposal fixes the exact number in writing before you commit to anything.
What's not included in the price?
Third-party subscriptions — hosting, AI model usage, devices, app-store fees — are listed at cost in your proposal, not marked up or hidden in the project price.
Do you require payment upfront?
Projects are milestone-invoiced: a deposit to start, then payments tied to agreed milestones, not one lump sum upfront.
Can we start small and add a care plan later?
Yes — most clients start with a project and add a care plan once the system is live and they know what ongoing support they actually need.
